Proven in Europe for over 40 years. 13" high x 6-1/2" diameter, 26" overall including hanger, 8 lbs.

1-1/2" hole for Eastern Bluebird and tree swallows.

These birdhouses are made from a unique blend of 75% pine sawdust, burnt clay and other natural materials, formed and baked to provide a nesting home for birds that is healthy for them and which will last for 20 years or more in your garden. This remarkable material actually "breathes" like wood. Yet it is completely rotproof and the non-toxic brown paint on the roof and sides sheds water like a duck's back. Resistant to damage by squirrels and raccoons. Seven models, with entry holes specially sized for American birds.

What a wonderful nesting box! I hung it up and a few days later a pair of house swallows moved in. They are a joy to watch!

    Quality Craftsmanship

We purchased this birdhouse due to the strong approval ratings ad great reviews we read online. It is extremely well made, heavy and built to last. On some sites people claim to have had their house for over 30 years! A great investment for sure! It comes with strong hardware and a hanging loop, ready to place in your yard. Can't wait for the birds to discover it!

The bird house arrived in excellent condition, and I am pleased with it. Now I hope the bluebirds find it equally appealing!

I bought one of these bird houses to see if they would be accepted by our birds...I just bought my 10th one. Our birds love these houses. They wait in line and fight over who is going to get the house when the existing babies fly away. We had no fewer than five families in each house this summer. As soon as one left another moved in...so fast that sometimes I didn't even get a chance to clean it out...and cleaning the houses is so easy. Last winter they were all occupied as winter over shelter and we have full occupancy again this winter. If you want a great bird house, this is the one.

Have only had the birdhouse for a short time. Nesting season hasn't begun. Anxious to see how house works out. Read some concerns on other sites about it getting too warm inside so I hung it in the shade. Like the fact that it's made of durable material. Now if it just appeals to the birds . . .
