Nice Stand But...
I purchased this stand and the quarter-round stand as a gift for my wife. We were traveling a lot in 2024 (4+ months) and I only recently unboxed these stands and assembled them. The Quarter-round stand went together without any hitches. The fit and finish are very good. However, the Rectangular Tiered Plant stand was a bit of a problem. Hex-head bolts are used to assemble the both stands. The nuts are welded to the stand pieces and the hardware kit includes a hew wrench. This is nice as you don't have to wrangle the nut into place. The instructions explicitly state to NOT use power tools: hand-tighten the bolts until completely assembled and then tighten all of the bolts with the wrench. The problem: on each of the 3 shelves, at least one of the nuts was damaged and the bolt could not be seated properly. On 2 shelves, 2 of the nuts were damaged. My fix was to buy appropriately sized stainless steel bolts and nuts to secure the shelves. This work-around is fine and the stands are attractive and useful. But it was frustrating and disappointing that this not-inexpensive stand had these quality issues. The Quarter-Round stand gets 5 stars but the Rectangular stand gets 3 for the quality issue and inconvenience of the fix.

The stand arrived on time and packed well! It took me longer to unpack it than it did to put it together. It is quite sturdy for its small size.
