Beautiful tuteur & amazing customer service

We actually ended up with the black version of this rather than the green, as the green one we received had a number of chips in the finish on the rings. Carolyn in Customer Service worked with the VP of Operations to replace the entire tuteur very quickly, and came to our rescue again when we had a question about assembly -- staying late on a Friday evening to be sure we got an answer before the weekend. These are beautiful and very well made, and although it took two people to assemble it, the process didn't take long at all. This is our third border tuteur, and we're thrilled with it.

Really love this Tuteur! Very well made, good quality. Assembly instructions could have been better, but, we did it. Glad I purchased the X-L. It's stunning! Thank you Kinsman!
