EverEdge Steel Lawn Edging

The 3" EverEdge is the best and most popular for edging flower beds and garden paths on level ground but 4" and 5" depths are available for other applications.

Before ordering, please measure your total requirement and add 6% to allow for the overlap required when joining the sections together. To determine how many packages of EverEdge are need for your project, divide the number of feet needed by 15.42 and round up if necessary. Using 450 feet as an example, 450 divided by 15.42 equals 29.18 so 30 packages would be needed to complete the project.

Available in three sizes: 3" (6.7" overall including spikes), 4" (7.7" overall including spikes), and 5" (8.7" overall including spikes). The 3" EverEdge size is ideal for most applications, however. One piece construction, with six x 3.7" ground spikes. Designed to securely anchor into the ground, providing a clean and even edge to your paths and flower beds. Each pack contains 5 x 39" lengths for a total of 16.25 ft.

Each 39" long x approximately 1.6 mm thick section of EverEdge locks permanently into the next. Corners, curves or circles are easily pre-formed by bending the mild steel lawn edging over a wooden edge.

EverEdge - The Permanent lawn edging solution:
* Galvanized mild steel
* Available in 3 Powder coated colors or Cor-Ten finish
* Bends easily for corners and curves
* Maintenance free
* Will not deteriorate or rust for at least 20 years

Choose what's right for you.

Cor-Ten (only available in 4" and 5"):

EverEdge Cor-Ten steel edging is a product that is designed to weather naturally. Initially it appears as plain galvanized steel but, over time, a thin layer of rust forms a protective layer over the edging strip. This protective layer doesn't break down like normal steel and the edging will last for many years. Cor-Ten steel comes in what we call a "blue" steel finish which in time through weathering will rust. It is not galvanized. It will develop the rusty patina after about 10 weeks in typical NE US coast weather conditions. In places like Nevada or Arizona, it might take 12 months unless watered.

When used as an edge to flower beds and lawns, EverEdge Cor-Ten edging gives a natural and rustic finish which works especially well in traditional cottage gardens but is equally at home in more formal settings.

While Classic Cor-Ten in 1.5 mm should last up to 25 years, the lifespan can be shorter as the steel does react to chemicals like weed killer and some fertilizers if exposed to excessive amounts.

The story behind EverEdge

Once upon a time, there was an owner of a steel stockholding company in England, with a big country house. And every year he would open his grounds for the Village Fete, when thousands of folks would trample the beautiful edgings of his lawns.
Afterwards, it would take weeks and many hours of labor to restore these razor sharp edgings to their former glory--so he thought: "Why don't we make Permanent Edgings out of the offcuts of our coils of Galvanized Steel?" As they say--The Rest is History.

Now EverEdge is generally recognized in England as the very finest Lawn Edging you can obtain. It's Permanent, inconspicuous--and in short--a masterpiece of English Understatement.

    I love this border! I have used it in an area that gets lots of wear and tear from winter salt/sand and it has done a great job keeping the grass separate from the 'muck'

    The products was sturdy. in fact so sturdy that I was unable to attached together when 1 length went into the ground, the connector for the next one popped. It was impossible to put them in together. I have them in, but they are not attached.

    Anyone can do it!

    I like the Everedge Lawn Edging because it makes a beautiful finish to my lawn.The instructions are excellent & I can install it in myself (I'm a female senior gardener). It's more expensive but the product is superior & more reliable than other edging & takes less time to install. I would never use any other edging afar using EverEdge Lawn Edging.

    I bought a few packs of the EverEdge lawn edging to make a small portion of my front yard look neat and orderly. They were so easy to use and work so well, we are now landscaping the entire yard with them.

    Best Garden Edging

    Posted by Barbara Wolinsky on May 26th 2015

    I love to use EverEdge lawn edging because we live in an area where it is hard to keep a clean, sharp grass edge. It helps define the garden beds and keeps some plants from creeping forward into the lawn.
