I am astonished by the positive reviews. This was incredibly difficult to put together and no matter what I do I can't get the lower legs to be straight. My handyman is going to have to drill new holes. Also why include screws that will rust right away. Very disappointed. Too heavy and ungainly for me to send back.

start to deer proof clematis
I hope these two obelisks will help me keep two clematis from becoming deer dinner. The 75 obelisk had several areas missing the black paint. The bolts and nuts for the 86 and 75 Obelisks started to rust after the first rain fall. Now not sure how long these will last!

RIver Bend
I have purchased two obelisks in the past for function and garden interest for two huge entry pots and they have been great. I bought this last one to use as a frame over a new Meyer Lemon plant so this winter I can ring the frame with old Xmas lights to help keep the plant from dying of frostbite! Right now it's interesting and later will be a good light and frost cloth structure. Fingers crossed!
