Uprights are solid steel rods, powder coated black and topped with decorative finials. Flat steel horizontal bands. Shipped flat for economical freight and easily assembled with a wrench. All hardware included.

Large Rose Pillar Obelisk
I have purchased 4 of these to use in my raised bed vegetable gardens and they provide perfect support for my tomatoes and cucumbers. As an added bonus they are prettier than the traditional tomato cages.

This is a nice obelisk
This is a nice obelisk. I like that the rods are solid, not hollow as some of the others. The size (large) is big enough to be useful for my roses. In addition to these nice straight ones, I would like to see ones offered that have a more pyramid shape. Assembly was easy; I took my time and had it put together in about an hour.

I ordered the XL Rose Pillar Obelisk for a David Austin climbing rose. It was the perfect piece to contain the rose. The obelisk is easy to assemble and looks great in my garden.I was so happy with it that I ordered a second one for a clematis that overgrew its smaller obelisk! I just put it in place over the smaller one and it's working perfectly to help the clematis reach its full height. I highly recommend this item.
