We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
We try to identify backordered items on our website at the time you place your order, with an expected delivery date. If your order contains an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you as soon as possible with the expected due in date.
Please note that backorder dates are only estimates based on the information provided to us by our suppliers. If we become aware of an item that will be on backorder for an extended period, we will advise you of the new anticipated delivery date.
Your item will remain on backorder until either the product is available or you have asked us to cancel the item. We do not charge your credit card until your order becomes available, so you will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready to ship.
Please make sure your email address is correct when you place your order. We will use this information to contact you regarding backorders, shipments, or problems with your order. If you’ve provided us with a valid email address, you should receive an email with the tracking information so that you will know when to expect delivery of your backordered item(s).
Pennsylvania Sales Tax is added to orders to be delivered within Pennsylvania. Please note that purchases shipped to other states might also be subject to the sales tax of those states.
Throughout the year, we will offer special promotions for our on-line friends. If you would like to receive information about promotions, please sign-up for our e-mail exclusives at the top of our home page. If you prefer not receiving e-mails, simply Like Us on Facebook and we will keep you informed about any special promotions. Please note that only one promo code per order can be used.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an Order ID Number after your order has been successfully submitted on our website. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us with any corrections as soon as possible so we can make the changes.
At this time, we do not offer order tracking through our website. You should receive an automatic e-mail from FedEx with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package(s) on the FedEx link provided in the e-mail. If you did not receive an e-mail from FedEx, you can call Customer Service and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number(s).
