Order every year
I have my own tall wire plant stand and the 20 fits perfectly, even though the liner is designed for another specific planter. I order a liner every year because it is so sturdy and I enjoy the side holes. It makes the planted flowers look like a giant ball of color. Flowers grow like crazy in the liner filled with good potting soil. You do have to monitor the moisture so it doesn't dry out. I have also used the 20 with two rows of side holes, and that works well also.
