I use these wood slatted planters to house orchids which are wrapped in gray moss to pack the basket. Works well and economical. Excellent for hanging inside and outside.

These boxes were well-made and sturdy. we removed the hangers, attached brackets to the bottom. We put them up high in areas hoping to attract robins.

I bought two of these to hang in my bay window in my living room. It's perfect for orchids, but also works for other plants. They look nice. I could have ordered a larger size, but the 8 inch is fine. This solves my problem of having plants that need to be watered and may drip from the bottom but are too heavy to carry to the sink.

Orchid Planters

Already have our orchids hanging in them. The planters (8 x 8") are pleasing to the eye, and our orchids must love them too, because they have come back to life after we accidentally sun-scortched them. Will be ordering more.
