If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us (at your expense) in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charges. A Gift Certificate will be issued for refunds received after 30 days. No refunds will be accepted after one year. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service for a replacement.

Please do not refuse delivery of your order. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs on refused orders and your refund will be reduced by the return postage charge.
Items being returned should be unused and whenever possible, in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price upon processing, excluding the original shipping charge. If you prefer, we will be happy to exchange the item for you.
