New design kitchen compost bucket has an activated charcoal filter in its lid to neutralize odors. Each filter lasts 3-4 months and replacement filters are available in packs of 6 (Item G99). So you can easily accumulate all your kitchen vegetable wastes, coffee grounds, tea bags, eggshells and peelings-and make fewer trips out to the compost bin itself.

Dark green plastic with carrying handle. Tapered design is 12-1/2" tall. 8" x 6-1/2" at the top. Capacity is 9 liters (2 1/2 gallons).

The bucket was just perfect for our kitchen. We can put lots of left-over veggies and other plants based food stuff in it, like our coffee grounds, tea bags, etc. I wasn't able to order the carbon filters 'cause they were out of stock so we have to put the bucket in the freezer. Due to its slim dimensions, we still have ample space for our frozen food. I was contented with our bucket.
