Return Instructions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service for a replacement.
Please obtain a Return Authorization # from Customer Service 1-800-733-4129 (M-F, 9am-5pm ET) or e-mail us at kinsco@kinsmangarden.com prior to returning any item, so we will know to expect it. Packages can be returned to :

Items being returned should be unused and whenever possible, in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund upon processing, excluding the original shipping charge. If you prefer, we will be happy to exchange the item for you.
For your own protection, we recommend using a carrier that automatically insures the package for the value of the goods.
