Small Down Under Pot Stand/Hummingbird Feeder Stand

Item Number: DUPSS

Large Down Under Pot Stand

Item Number: DUPSL
As their name suggests, these most unusual terracotta pots were designed and invented in Australia. Down Under Pots are now made in Thailand under license. Down Under Pots are all handmade, so there are frequent variations. Exact dimension and colors can change according to firing temperatures in the kilns.

Small pot is 7 3/4" high x 6" diameter

Medium pot is 9 1/2" high x 7 1/2" diameter

Large pot is 11 3/4" high x 9 1/2" diameter

The Down Under Pots are NOT frostproof and should be protected against freezing during the winter.

Foliage plants look stunning year round in kitchens, by windows - even in a bathroom. And there's a rainbow of colors to suit any decor.

Planting Suggestions

Annuals: Annuals tend to grow faster, try: Lobelias, Begonias, Dianthus, Impatiens, Coleus

Perennials: Perennials will take longer to grow, but it is well worth it. Roses, Fuchsias, Geraniums and Succulents all do well. Miniature varieties are especially adaptable.

Herbs: Herbs can also be planted in the top once the bottom plant is established. Parsley, chives, Mint, Sage, Coriander, Rosemary, Lavender and Aloe Vera, to name a few.

This is my fourth pot and I've given two more as gifts. This time I purchased the small size and my plants appear very happy.

I love my down under pots. I've had 4 of the blue glazed pots for 12 years or so. Two were damaged this spring, so I ordered 2 of the TerraCotta Pots. Love them!

I ordered an upside down pot for a friend who had admired mine. It was sent to her address, came quickly and in perfect condition. We are both happy!

Hang them sideways with your phal coming out one end, and you give it something like its natural setting in the side of a cliff. It doesn't get crown rot, and the graceful arches of flowers are very handsome
