Ordered several of these to line up and use as a pergola. They arrived promptly; Kinsman had great communication, calling me to ask if it would be okay to ship via truck freight due to the weight. Truck driver was great and put the pallet right where we asked him to. Assembly with two people was very smooth, but you really do need two people to put these together without a lot of struggle. They are very solid, heavy (100+ lbs) and attractive units. We still need to sink them into the ground, but so far they are very stable (even in a bit of wind) without doing so. I know that once installation is finished, our roses are going to be very happy climbing them!

Very nice and good quality pergola, one little problem with it that written directions do not correspond with a diagram, when assembling refer to diagram.
