Our original Nuttery Peanut Feeder has been in constant use for over 15 years in our Pennsylvania garden - winter and summer. Generations of Carolina wrens, tufted titmice, chickadees, nuthatches and downy woodpeckers have feasted inside its protecting bars. Red bellied woodpeckers poke their long beaks from outside to dine. Yet squirrels, grackles and blue jays have never managed to crash the ongoing party.

This is the first feeder that really does seem to have the squirrels bambozzled. The squirrels had become so destructive of my goldfinch feeders that I couldn't keep one in working order for more than a few weeks. It did take a long time for the birds to trust it, but this feeder is now so popular that I'm ordering a second one.

Love it! Watched squirrels tried to get in right after I put it up. They gave up and now are content to get the leftovers on the ground. Had a Goldfinch couple use it exclusively for about a week, now have sparrows, chickadees, finches, etc. Does what it says it does. Very pleased!
