Made the mistake of buying 4 packs of these for the 2011 gardening season. They were easy to connect. The problem is that they wouldn't stay connected, so I would get sprayed with water when they slid apart. And since they couldn't be reconnected while the water was running, I would have to go turn off the water, reconnect my watering wand or sprinkler, and then go back to turn on the water. Truly a pain. Save your money for good brass hose connectors from Gilmour that you can by from specialty catalogs--not the cheap ones they sell at Lowes and Home Depot.
